I would like to thank RockWood Kitchens for the beautiful job they did on the granite counter tops that we recently purchased. Special thanks goes to Ly Nyugen who made the process smooth and stress free especially after our granite breaking during transport. Ly had personally measured our counters and made the templates, organized the delivery date and answered all our questions and concerns. The day our granite was scheduled to be installed we found out it cracked while loading the truck. Rockwood's crew spent the day to repair the crack as well as could be done. Ly then notified us of the situation and without pushing us one way or the other gave us the option of getting a very generous amount of money off or getting a completely new top made. After I said we would drive from Gravenhurst to New Market to see the top, Ly said he would have it brought up to us to see it and make a decision. Even though the crack was barely noticeable my wife decided to get a new top made. Ly's response was "no problem" and we had our new top installed the following week. The installers were clean, courteous and conscientious. Overall our experience with RockWood Kitchens was fantastic from picking out our specific slab to seeing the final product installed to complete our new kitchen. I will wholeheartedly recommend RockWood kitchens to anyone thinking of a new kitchen or granite counter tops.
